Realcps designs and implements cyber-physical systems (CPS) for production automation in factories. The service includes system architecture, industrial IoT sensor integration, digital twin development, and predictive monitoring. General consulting services or solutions unrelated to industrial automation are not included.

The client must provide physical and logical access to production facilities, as well as technical documentation of existing systems (SCADA, PLC, networks). They are responsible for designating a technical contact with decision-making authority during the integration phase. Any unauthorized modification to the hardware or software provided by Realcps may void the system warranty.

All source code, architecture schematics, network configurations, and technical documentation developed specifically for the client are jointly owned after full payment of the project. Realcps retains the right to use generic solutions and pre-existing platform modules in other projects, provided that no confidential client information is disclosed.

Realcps shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of production, lost profits, or supply chain interruption arising from the use of the implemented systems, unless such damages are a direct consequence of proven gross negligence by Realcps. The maximum aggregate liability shall in no case exceed the total amount paid for the project in the last twelve months.

Realcps undertakes not to disclose technical information, production data, floor plans, or any other data shared during project execution. Sensor and telemetry data collected during testing is stored exclusively on the client's infrastructure, unless a written agreement authorizes its anonymized use for product improvement purposes.

These terms remain in effect as long as the client maintains an active contractual relationship with Realcps. Any modification will be notified at least 30 days in advance by email to the client's registered address. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.

Either party may terminate the contract with 60 days' written notice. In the event of a material breach of contractual obligations, the affected party may terminate immediately. Upon termination, Realcps will deliver all technical documentation and developed code, subject to payment for services rendered up to the termination date.
