Engineers and production managers share their experience with our CPS architectures.

“We implemented predictive monitoring on the assembly line in Córdoba. Unplanned downtime was reduced by 34% in the first three months. The digital twin allowed us to anticipate failures that we used to detect too late.”

Ximena Vaca Hijo Process Engineer, Córdoba Automotive Plant

“The sensor network for quality control at our Buenos Aires plant exceeded expectations. Early detection of out-of-spec batches improved by 28%, and integration with the SCADA was seamless, without stopping production.”

Camila Ferrer Hijo Quality Manager, Buenos Aires Food Processor

“The digital twin of the warehouse in Rosario transformed our logistics. Dynamic picking routes reduced travel by 22%, and we can now simulate layout changes before moving a single shelf.”

Luis Medina Logistics Director, Rosario Distribution Center
Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions About Industrial CPS

What is a cyber-physical system?

A CPS integrates sensors, actuators, and control software into a single data flow. Unlike a traditional PLC, the CPS can process information at the edge and adjust production parameters without constant human intervention.

How long does a typical implementation take?

It depends on the complexity of the line and the existing infrastructure. On average, a predictive monitoring project in a medium-sized plant takes between 8 and 14 weeks, including sensor installation, network configuration, and testing in real production.

Do I need to replace my current SCADA system?

No. Our architecture is designed to integrate with existing SCADA, MES, and ERP systems through standard interfaces (OPC UA, MQTT, REST). The CPS overlays the control layer without disrupting ongoing operations.

What type of sensors do you use?

We work with industrial sensors for vibration, temperature, pressure, flow, electrical current, and machine vision. The selection is defined based on the production process and the critical parameters to be monitored at each stage.

Do you offer remote support for plants outside Buenos Aires?

Yes. We have a monitoring center in Córdoba and secure remote access to installed CPS nodes. Most incidents are resolved without physical travel, although we have technicians available for scheduled visits throughout Argentina.

How is production data protected?

Communication between sensors and servers uses TLS 1.3 encryption and certificate-based authentication. Data is stored on local servers within the plant, with optional cloud replicas under confidentiality agreements. We do not share information with third parties.
